In Re Traffic Tickets:

Many people are calling me to see about working on their traffic tickets.  No problem.  Generally I like to work on tickets in the following counties:  Smith, Gregg, Wood, Upshur, Henderson, Cherokee, Anderson, Rusk.  This includes are municipalities and Justice of the Peace courts.

Here is what I need:  I need an up front fee of a minimum of $175 to look into your matter.  This gets you 1 hour of attorney time.  I take debit and credit cards.  This $175.00 is for attorney fee only and not to be used to pay your fines or court costs or fees.  There is no refunds.  Most of the time this fee is used to gather information on how to resolve your dispute and many times this is all it takes depending on the case, the court and number of tickets.  A file that requires additional work will cost you more money at $175.00 per hour.

My fax machine number is 903-581-1701

I AM NOT YOUR LAWYER UNTIL I RECEIVE MONEY FROM YOU OR RUN YOUR DEBIT CARD NUMBER THROUGH MY MACHINE.  FAXING INFORMATION ALONE TO ME DOES NOT MAKE ME YOUR LAWYER.  I ACCEPT EMPLOYMENT  BY ACCEPTING YOUR FEE.

Here is what I need:

1.  Debit Card Account Number, expiration date and security code on the back of the card.
2.  On a separate piece of paper your name, address, telephone number, drivers license number, cell number and any other contact information you can give to me
3.  I would like a faxed copy of the ticket, but sometimes there are hard to read, so I need the court name, the charges (all of them), the date of your first court appearance you are given by the police officer when you sign the ticket and the phone number of the court if you have it.

Remember, this is your case.  You are to keep me posted as to your concerns about this matter.  Dumping the matter in to my lap and disappearing usually results in warrants being issued against you when I cannot find you days, weeks, months or even years down the line, so keep up with me.

So get your information ready to fax to me.

I ask that you call me first before faxing so I can make sure who the fax belongs to  903-581-1992

You can email me about calling you if you leave a phone number in the email message.

By law and by legal ethics I make no guarantees as to the outcome of the case.  There are many options, and that is why you need a lawyer to help you through this matter.

No matter what, a traffic ticket is your case.  Even if you hire an attorney, you must keep up with that attorney as to its progress through the courts.  If you move your address or other contact info, let the attorney know this.  Too many times are people arrested on warrants when they have forgotten to update info.

Thanks,

Eric Jensen
